This notice covers the website and its API design preview. The service is independent and is not the official DeepSeek platform. Clerk sign-in is available only on deployments where authentication has been enabled. Checkout and API requests are not connected to these preview screens.
Information used by this website
The website does not ask for API keys, payment details or prompts. When sign-in is enabled, Clerk provides the authentication form and processes credentials and identity-provider sign-ins. dssub receives a verified account identity and email to create or find your account. Tutorial searches and pricing selections run in your browser and are not submitted to us. Fonts, icons and images are served with the website; no analytics or advertising pixels are included. Enabled deployments load Clerk authentication resources, which receive browser and network information needed to provide sign-in. See Clerk’s privacy policy.
When you visit, the server delivering the site receives network information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information. Hosting and security services may record access logs. Their retention and processing locations depend on the deployment; we do not claim that visiting is anonymous or that server logs do not exist.
If you contact us
If you choose to email us, your email address, message and attachments are handled by our mailbox provider and used to respond to your enquiry, investigate a problem or address a privacy request. Share only what is necessary. Do not send passwords, full API keys, payment-card details or private prompt content.
Support correspondence may need to be retained while an issue is being handled or where records are required. A fixed retention period and mailbox processing locations have not yet been published; contact us for information about your particular request.
Why we process information
Depending on the feature you use, we use information to deliver and secure the website, authenticate accounts when enabled, answer support and privacy enquiries, investigate problems, and comply with applicable obligations. The planned payment workflow would also use transaction information to deliver purchases and handle billing requests.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, it depends on the activity and may include performing a contract or taking requested pre-contract steps, complying with a legal obligation, legitimate interests such as security and support, or consent where required. We will provide further information about the relevant basis on request.
Planned Waffo payment services
dssub plans to use Waffo for payments and subscription billing. No Waffo checkout or payment collection is connected to this preview. Once enabled, checkout will explain the payment provider and applicable terms before you pay.
The planned billing workflow uses your purchase email, order and subscription references, transaction amount and currency, payment status, and cancellation or refund records to deliver access and resolve billing enquiries. Payment details will be entered through the payment provider’s checkout. Do not send full card numbers or security codes to dssub support.
Waffo describes its own handling of payment and subscription information in its privacy policy. Before launch, we will confirm the data actually shared, processing locations and retention periods. Cancelling a subscription or deleting an account does not necessarily erase records that must be retained for transaction, accounting or dispute purposes.
Cookies and browser storage
When authentication is enabled, Clerk manages authentication cookies and session storage. The dssub application does not copy session tokens into localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. Search text and billing selections exist only in the current page and reset on reload. Your browser may cache public website files or keep browsing history. Hosting infrastructure may have separate security cookies; this notice does not certify the configuration of every deployment.

External services and AI data
External links take you to services with their own privacy policies. This preview does not send your data to an AI model. Before API access becomes available, the notice must identify the relevant providers, data uses, processing locations, retention and any training use. No zero-retention or no-training promise is made for a future service.
Retention, security and international processing
We retain information for the time needed for the purposes described above, including resolving enquiries, protecting the service and meeting applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of information, the services enabled and legal obligations; fixed periods have not yet been confirmed for this deployment.
Service providers may process information in locations outside your country. Processing locations, recipients and applicable transfer safeguards must be confirmed as services are enabled. We use measures intended to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us to ask about information held about you.
Your privacy choices
You can ask about information held about you, request access or correction, or request deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, portability, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to a relevant data-protection authority. Requests may require proportionate identity verification and some records may need to be retained.
Email contact@deepseeksub.com with the subject “Privacy request” and a brief description. Do not attach identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed. There is no automated account export or deletion service in this preview.
