Account, API, payment and referral settlement features are previews; browsing or selecting a plan does not create an account, purchase or subscription.
Operator and payment responsibilities
DeepSeekSub.com is operated by Hangzhou Wanwuqi Technology Co., Ltd. We provide product information and support and plan to help with subscription and refund requests. Waffo is our planned payment and subscription provider; the integration is not live.
The contracting seller for each purchase, payment statement descriptor and applicable Waffo terms will be confirmed before checkout opens. Naming Waffo here does not establish which Waffo entity will sell this product or make Waffo the operator of DeepSeekSub.com. See Waffo’s published buyer terms for its platform terms; the terms presented for your actual purchase will apply.
Prices, allowances and renewal
Prices are shown in USD. Quotas are reference values, and provider comparisons are dated estimates under the assumptions shown on each page. They are not a guarantee of savings, performance or availability.
Monthly and annual renewal describe the planned service. Before any purchase is enabled, checkout must disclose the actual charge, billing period, taxes or fees, allowance rules, renewal and cancellation terms, and obtain consent. No charge or renewal can be initiated through this preview. See cancellation and refunds.
Subscription management at launch
Monthly plans will renew monthly and annual plans annually until cancelled. Annual billing charges the full annual amount, rather than monthly instalments. Before payment, you will be able to review the total charge, renewal terms and allowance limits.
We plan to provide a billing-management entry in your account for subscription details, receipts and cancellation. If you cannot access it, contact dssub support. Cancellation stops future renewals once confirmed and normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period, subject to usage limits. It does not itself refund a payment. Signing out, removing a tool or stopping API use does not cancel a subscription.
Refund requests
You may request a refund within 15 calendar days of the relevant payment. Requests are reviewed against the order, delivery and usage records; submitting within 15 days does not guarantee approval. Requests after 15 days are generally not approved, with exceptions for billing errors, non-delivery, applicable payment-provider requirements or rights that cannot be excluded by law. Responsible use
Do not misuse the website to interfere with availability, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious content or infringe others’ rights. Use tutorials only with services you are authorized to access. Keep credentials out of shared code, browser scripts and support messages.
Violations and enforcement
If we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or the responsible-use rules, we may investigate and take action appropriate to the circumstances. Depending on the nature and seriousness of the issue, we may issue a warning, restrict or suspend access to the website or account, or terminate access. We may cancel or reverse referral rewards obtained through abuse or otherwise ineligible under the referral rules. We may also take other steps required or permitted by applicable law.
When practicable, we will explain the reason for the action and give you an opportunity to respond or correct the issue. We may act immediately, including without advance notice, where needed to protect users or the service, prevent further harm, or comply with law. You may contact contact@deepseeksub.com to request a review; include the affected account and relevant details, but do not send passwords or API keys. We will review the information and communicate the outcome and any next steps.
Any effect on paid service, cancellation or a refund will be assessed under the applicable purchase and refund terms and applicable law. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Accounts and credentials
Where sign-in is enabled, keep your account credentials secure and use accurate account information. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. Availability of sign-in does not by itself activate a subscription or API service. Do not share passwords or full API keys with support.
Documentation and third-party services
Examples are illustrative and require your own provider’s supported endpoint, model and credentials. Confirm compatibility and pricing directly with that provider. AI output may be inaccurate and needs review before use. External services have their own terms; links do not make us their operator.
Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Website asset license notices are included with the relevant assets.
